No. Hearth’s prequalification uses a soft credit check, which does not affect your score. A lender may run a full credit check if you go on to accept a loan offer.
Hearth’s lending partners offer loans up to $250,000, with repayment terms up to 12 years. The amount and rate you are offered depend on your credit and the loan size.
Most approved loans are funded within 1 to 3 days. Once the funds arrive, we put your project on the schedule.
No. These are personal loans, so no home equity is required and the lender places no lien on your house.
Yes. There are no prepayment penalties, so you can pay the balance off at any time without a fee.
The lender does. KC Outdoor does not take applications, review credit, or decide loan terms. Hearth connects you with its lending partners, and the lender you choose sets the rate and terms.
