KC Outdoor LLC is a Bradenton, Florida artificial turf and putting green installer that sells and installs synthetic turf, putting greens, pet turf, and related hardscape for residential and commercial properties. Pricing information on this website is general guidance. A binding price for any project is the one stated in a signed written estimate or contract. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and either the owner of the property where work is requested or someone authorized by the owner to arrange it (for example, a property manager or HOA representative). By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

User Content

Our services allow you to submit information about yourself and your property, including text, photos, and documents (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content you submit, including its legality, accuracy, and your right to share it. You acknowledge and agree that KC Outdoor LLC is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any such third-party content or services.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in (for example, by checking a consent box on one of our forms, or by texting us first), you agree to the following terms governing our text-messaging program.

Program Name and Description

This program is the KC Outdoor LLC SMS Program. It sends transactional and customer-service messages related to your estimate or project, including appointment scheduling, follow-ups, estimate details, and installation status updates.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. A typical inquiry generates between 2 and 10 messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check with your wireless carrier for the details of your plan.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is outside our control.

Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received our message. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further messages from us unless you opt back in.

Rejoining the Program

Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Information collected through the SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, other than the subprocessors strictly required to deliver the messages (for example, our SMS platform and the wireless carriers transmitting the message).

Our messaging program adheres to industry standards including the CTIA Short Code Monitoring Handbook and complies with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Disclaimers and No Warranty

Our website and services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any price range or estimate provided through the site is final or binding until reduced to a signed written estimate or contract.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KC Outdoor LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or (b) the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KC Outdoor LLC from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website or services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
